Join Ecolab's sales team as a **Service Representative**.**Within our industry leading Institutional division, this offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the foodservice and hospitality industries. After completing an initial training program, you will work with a variety of restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term career facilities and more. You will serve as the face of Ecolab by installing, servicing, and maintaining ware washing, laundry, and dispensing systems that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.

**What You Will Do**:

- Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring that your customers' facilities are fully operational and teams are properly trained
- Complete and merchandize required reports and upload data on a daily basis
- Manage parts inventory, use, and cost

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to complete pre-employment assessments including a physical, lift and/or carry 15kgs, color vision test and drug screen
- Associate degree in related field
- Previous experience mechanical problem-solving experience (e.g. plumbing, electrical, HVAC and/or mechanical experience) in industries related to food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality and/or pool and spa
- Relevant technical training, licenses and/or certifications including HVAC, HVAC/R, EPA Type 1, EPA Type 2 or EPA Universal certification and CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Association)
- Customer service experience where you have directly interfaced with customers
- Previous business to business commercial sales or outside sales experience
