Team Leaders provided effective supervision and support to a team of people with diverse abilities, to complete a range of production tasks, including warehouse duties that contribute to operational objectives and a positive working environment. The role ensures achievement of increased team productivity, whilst developing a positive values-focused culture which facilitates cooperation and collaboration. **A day in the life of a Team Leader - Production & Packaging**
- Appropriate documentation and data entry
- Accurate reporting and risk management
- Coaching and mentoring supported employees
- Complex issues are escalated to the Supervisor and appropriate reports completed in a timely manner
- WHS management - any accidents, injuries and near misses are reported immediately. Hazards and risks are identified and acted upon to create a safe and compliant work environment.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership or similar role
- Certificate III in Disability or related field, and/ or equivalent experience working with people with disabilities, particularly in a service provision context (an advantage, however not essential)
- Intermediate MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel)
- A demonstrated commitment to the Aruma's Code of Conduct
- Have or be willing to complete a NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Be willing to complete a National Police check
