Area Manager, Adelaide

We are currently looking for an experienced Area Manager to join the team in Adelaide for a Fixed Term Contract 12-month parental leave cover.

The Role

This role manages selected on-premise and off-premise customers to build the William Grant & Sons portfolio to generate new listings and improved positioning. We are looking for business and brand builders who are focused on our key customers across the on-premise channel, striving to add value and form strong and enduring business relationships across the network. You will deliver sales and profit targets for the territory within budget while building and enhancing the WG&S portfolio through distribution, activation and visibility. Regularly manage monthly reporting, expenses and general admin requirements using our CRM.

About You

Previous experience working in a similar role with a strong background in sales

Previous experience working in premium spirits (ideal, but not essential)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, confident and fun approach

Self-motivated and focused on achieving goals

Proven brand development and activation experience

Ability to build and nurture key relationships

Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage stakeholder expectations

Ability to work collaboratively across the team and independently

Previous experience using a CRM system

Valid Driver's license and current RSA is essential
