**Accounts Receivable Officer**

Sands Fridge Lines is family owned and operated business, a leader in Refrigerated Distribution and Cold Storage in Western Australia. With expansive cold and dry storage facilities and a large modern fleet of commercial vehicles servicing customers within the metropolitan and regional areas of Western Australia.

**The Opportunity**

Sands Fridge Lines are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to assist our Finance department on a full-time basis.

**Key responsibilities for the role include but not limited to**:

- Process payments and weekly banking
- Follow up overdue accounts
- Review, prepare and investigate account queries
- Process credit notes
- Reconciliations
- Maintaining registers
- Reporting/Cash flow forecasting

**To be considered for the role, it is essential you have**:

- A minimum 3-years accounts receivable experience
- Intermediate to advanced skills across Windows-based programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable to work successfully in a fast-paced and evolving working environment
- The drive and passion to achieve personal and company goals
- Demonstrated knowledge and competency in finance, accounting and business processes and systems
