**About the Opportunity**
The Digital Health Analyst within SDPR supports the design and rollout of digital health solutions by translating the needs of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders into high-quality, compliant implementations across NSW Health. They provide expert insight into frontline healthcare settings and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
This role offers the opportunity to work within the Patient Administration System Workstream reporting into the Digital Health Lead, you will be part of the team responsible for supporting the design and implementation of digital health programs and solutions within the non-clinical setting. Working closely with all types and levels of frontline healthcare stakeholders, you will provide expert insight into frontline NSW Health non-clinical settings, enabling the translation of the requirements of SDPR's end users into high quality and compliant solutions implemented across NSW Health facilities.
In this role, you will:
- ** Apply** current experience to guide the design, configuration, and implementation of digital health solutions.
- ** Support** project teams by defining workflows, capturing documentation, and aligning system design with clinical and policy requirements.
- ** Collaborate** in analysing existing systems, recommending improvements, and coordinating testing activities including user acceptance testing.
- ** Develop** business and technical documentation, incorporating stakeholder input to optimise solution delivery.
**About You**
We are looking for someone who:
- Experience working in a Public Health Care setting.
- Demonstrated understanding of health processes and practices, workflows and models of care
- Skilled in communication, with an ability to influence stakeholders and handle conflict appropriately
- Is adaptable, collaborative and motivated to work in a fast-paced, evolving digital health environment
