Qualifications
A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR is highly advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships and manage conflicting priorities.
Ability and desire to work collaboratively as part of a team with a flexible approach to your work.
Experience with an HRMS system such as Oracle would be advantageous.
