**The Role**: Look after the insurance renewals for strata plans & keep Fire Safety record up to date.
- Organize insurance valuations for strata plans
- Complete all insurance claims
- Coordinating all aspects of fire, lift, pool compliance
- Obtaining quotes, follow up fire order services and committee approvals
- liaising with council, contractors, committee & residents legal admin
- Issuing notices & dealing with solicitors
- No Strata experience required
- Strong administrator background or insurance, property background a priority
- Strong administration skills & problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Passion for work
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, have a sense of urgency

Salary : Can be discussed based on experience.
