We are now looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our Service Department and help us continue to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.

**About the position**:

- Ensure every Mazda experience is memorable, and our customer experience is maximised
- First point of contact for our customers, ensuring every interaction is positive, engaging, and leaves a lasting impression
- Meet and greet customers on the driveway
- Calling customers to ensure they received an exceptional experience
- Problem solve any issues or direct to the relevant person

**About you**:

- Strong understanding of how to deliver the Ultimate Customer Experience (UCX)
- 2 years customer service experience, ideally in an automotive or service-oriented industry where you've demonstrated your ability to handle calls with energy, empathy, and professionalism. Going above and beyond to meet customer needs and exceed expectations is second nature to you
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage with a wide range of customers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in addressing customer concerns and feedback
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring customer interactions are smooth, efficient, and impactful
- Ability to work well within a team, collaborating effectively with Service Advisors and management. You'll be part of a fun, dynamic team, and we need someone who is ready to collaborate, contribute, and support their colleagues to ensure our customers receive the best service possible
- An enthusiastic, warm, and friendly demeanour—whether you're picking up the phone or greeting someone in person, we want you to always bring that wow factor
