
Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, maintain an efficient and profitable operation, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) is highly desirable but not essential.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including service sales and profit objectives
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Service Advisor or similar role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) is highly desirable
