We are looking for a People Integration Delivery Specialist to play a key role in preparing for the potential integration of people, processes, and assets of TPG's EGW fixed business post regulatory approval.
About the role
As People Integration Delivery Specialist, you'll be a key contributor to the proposed TPG acquisition, supporting the integration of the TPG Enterprise Government and Wholesale Fixed business into Vocus. Working closely with the Head of People Integration, sub-mission leads and the broader People and Performance Mission team, the role provides support with developing and delivering key M&A people activities.
**Please note**: This exciting opportunity is a 9-month maximum term contract and sits within the People & Culture team. It is a full-time, hybrid working arrangement of a minimum of two days in the office and can be based out of our Melbourne or Sydney offices.
What you'll be doing day-to-day
- Partner with the People & Performance program team to drive dedication programs of work supporting the people integration
- Develop content, materials, and presentations to support workshops, working sessions, and reports. Participate and support in the planning and execution of engagement activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and synthesise information needed for project execution.
- Track workstream progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as necessary to maintain momentum. Maintain project documentation, including status reports, issue logs, and action items.
- Analyse data to generate insights, identify trends, support data-driven decision-making and monitor dependencies and timelines across multiple workstreams.

What you'll bring to this role
- Experience in people and culture, continuous improvement, M&A or a similar role in large-scale transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights coupled with excellent business and process knowledge.
- Deep execution capability and excellent content creation skills, including developing presentations, reports, and supporting materials.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
