THE ROLE:

Start your career in media with Nova's Integrated Delivery team

Are you ready to take your first big step into the world of media and brand campaigns?

We're looking for a confident, curious, and detail-driven coordinator to join our Integrated Delivery team in Melbourne. This is the most junior role within the team, offering a rare opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business and to progress into a Project Manager role as your experience grows.

You'll work alongside a supportive and talented group of project leads, designers, social and podcast specialists to bring integrated campaigns to life across radio, digital, social, experiential, and podcasting platforms.

This role is your launchpad You'll learn the ins and outs of how campaigns run from briefing to delivery, build key relationships across the business, and gain the experience needed to confidently step into bigger roles over time.

What you'll be doing:
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CREATE, AdOps, sales, finance, podcast content teams) to build and execute campaigns.
  • Communicate and build relationships with talent and their managers across broadcast and podcast.
  • Ensure a seamless experience for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help deliver market-leading client experiences and post-campaign insights.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports.
What you'll bring to the table:
  • Around 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role, ideally in media, marketing, advertising, or content.
  • A genuine desire to learn and grow within a high-performing team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach—even under pressure.
  • A love of people, creativity, and getting things done well.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Melbourne studios. Being on-site means you'll be immersed in the day-to-day buzz of the Integrated Delivery team, learning, connecting, and growing from day one. We'll explore flexibility where appropriate.
