The Role
This is a role for someone who loves people, thrives on variety, and takes pride in the little things that make a big difference. You'll be the first smile members see, the friendly hand making their coffee or smoothie, and the energy that keeps the place buzzing. Your day-to-day will include:
Greeting every member and guest with charisma, confidence, and a genuine
smile
Taking and preparing coffee and smoothie orders with consistency and care
Keeping the café and equipment clean, stocked, and humming
Capturing content from classes and club life for our socials (yes, you get to
be part of the fun
Supporting the smooth running of the gym by following checklists and jumping
