Large transformation program
- Reporting directly to the Program Manager (with a dotted line to the EPMO)
- Plenty of opportunity beyond the initial 6m term

This is a 6m+ contract on the largest transformation program with this financial services powerhouse.

Hybrid working (office/home) is available, but some presence in the CBD office is required.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will work in a matrix structure in the program but with a dotted line to the EPMO.

The business has mature project management capability and has set its target of achieving ISO 21500 level 4 or above status.

You will mainly work with Agile frameworks, although there are some pockets of traditional waterfall in some parts of the business.

Your manager is an experienced Program Manager/Director who is understanding, level-headed and supportive.

The project is risk-focused with technical aspects and process analysis/change.

There is plenty of investment into projects in most business areas, so future opportunities exist.

The main tasks involved in this role are:

- Governance packs and minutes
- RAID and actions chase up
- Governance meeting scheduling
- Project financials (accruals, working with PMs to complete forecasts, financial page of the steerco packs etc.)

Large complex program PMO experience and attention to detail are essential in this opportunity.
