About the roleWe are seeking Individual Support Workers to provide in-home support for our clients located in Geelong.
We are looking for Support Workers who have experience supporting Aged Care & Disability clients with Personal Care, Social Support and Domestic Support.Locations- Corio- Drysdale- Newcomb- Whittington- Armstrong Creek- Point Lonsdale- HightonYour key responsibilitiesOur team is looking for a dedicated and passionate Support Workers who can undertake the following key responsibilities:Personal CareSocial CareDomestic AssistanceMedication AdministrationSupporting the client to access the communityBehavioural ManagementAbout youTo join our team, we are looking for the following skills and experience:Full Driver's Licence and reliable carNDIS Workers Screening CheckWorking with Children ClearanceCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificationAssist with Medication CertificationEnglish Fluency - verbal and writtenCertificate III in Individual Support or equivalent requiredWe are also looking for someone with great communication skills, who works well in a team, has a caring and supportive nature, and is client-focused.We are looking for support workers who can commit to 1-2 shifts per week as a minimum, we have shifts available throughout the week and during the weekend.
Shift times vary between 7am to 9:30pm.
We may also have some night shifts available.
