With a beautiful new office directly above Wynyard Station, they retain a family feel to their culture, have very high staff retention, and offer a unique perk of having a chef cook lunch for everyone on Tuesdays and Thursdays.About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and delivering exceptional service to our clients and team members.Key responsibilities:Handle telephone and email inquiries efficiently, redirecting them as necessary.Greet customers and clients warmly, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.Maintain the common areas of the office to a high standard of cleanliness and organisation.Assist with daily banking, postal pick-ups, and other routine tasks.
Provide general administrative support to the wider team, including the accounts department.Support the property team with tenant debtors and rental accounts.About You:Skills & Attributes:Enthusiastic with a "can-do attitude"Corporate presentationExcellent communication, verbal, written, and computer skillsExperience with the Windows Suite, especially ExcelAbility to take initiative, a desire to succeed, and take responsibilityTeam player, punctual, and reliableSuperior customer service skillsWillingness to continually develop and improve skills, with opportunities to expand responsibilities as proficiency increasesExperience:Minimum 12 months of experience in a Receptionist roleStrong administration skillsExcellent organisation skillsGreat attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills and a solid work ethicHigh degree of customer serviceExposure to Professional Services will be highly regardedWhy Join Us?
