Weir Minerals Australia Ltd. works closely with our customers to design, manufacture and supply minerals processing equipment which helps them to deliver natural resources to the world. We have many facilities located close to our customers to enable us to deliver solutions with compelling value.

The key responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:

- Provide professional and efficient customer service, through prompt and accurate customer order management
- Receive, pack, dispatch and invoice Weir Minerals Netherlands customer orders
- Work directly with assigned customers, external stakeholders and the Aftermarket Manager
- Coordinate communication between Venlo Spare Parts and Weir Minerals Netherlands - Perth direct customers in the form of parts and service order processing, order acknowledgement, order fulfilment and invoicing
- Tracking material movements to support inventory forecasting, service repairs and customer orders
- Monitor and maintain customer related inventory performance
- Inventory forecasting through team collaboration analysing product life cycles and scheduled maintenance intervals
- Maintain integrity of data exchange between Weir Minerals Netherlands and the customer
- Provide inventory related value-added services with a continuous improvement mindset
- Move Inventory using a Forklift
- Adhoc administration where required

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Prior experience working in an administration or coordinator role within the Mining and Resources Industry
- Experience using a large ERP System, e.g., SAP, Oracle
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
- Forklift Ticket - Highly Desirable but not essential
- Intermediate IT Skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP)
