Our Digital Experience Platform (DXP) team partner with businesses to help them adapt and respond effectively to the challenges of a constantly changing world, this is done by delivering digital and marketing transformation solutions that help our clients create personalised experiences for every single customer. From leveraging data for insights and audiences, to content management, and delivering those experiences across every touchpoint.

Within our DXP team we are continually driving customer value, by leveraging the power of the customer experience digital platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud Platform and Optimizely Digital Experience Platform. Our focus areas are: Multi Cloud, Enterprise Integration and Deployment and Digital Agility.

**Let's talk about the role and responsibilities**:
We're currently looking for an Adobe Experience Manager Lead to join our rapidly expanding DXP practice. Key dimensions of the role include:

- Working with the Architect to design solutions that optimally utilises AEM and supports clients use cases, strategy and industry standards
- Developing code modules to implement functionalities especially with Sling Models, Services etc. with a strong hands-on programming acumen
- Mentor and guide other developers in the team on best practices, code quality, unit tests and overall code performance
- Defining system's strategy, developing system requirements, designing and prototyping, testing and implementing
- Breaking down customer strategies into phased roadmaps according to customer priorities, industry best practices and technology prerequisites & dependencies
- Aligning roadmap phases to executable use cases
- Engaging periodically with key technology partners to plan for sufficient capacity and to be aware of upcoming new features / provide guidance to customer those features and benefits

**What we're looking for in you**
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology (IT) projects
- 8+ years of relevant Development experience in AEM
- Strong understanding of Adobe Core Components, Services, ACLs and User Management
- Experience around creating custom AEM Templates, Components, Workflows & Services
- Strong experience in setting up the dispatcher and CDN with efficient caching
- Good understanding around JEE and OSGi stacks
- Integration experience around SSO, Search, CRMs, eCommerce and other Adobe Experience Cloud products (Analytics, Target, Data Collection etc.)
- Possess knowledge around AEM MSM, Content / Experience Fragments, Assets and Headless content delivery
- Experience around Installations, Deployments, Version Control, Branching and Code Management in AEM
- Excellent Troubleshooting, Analytical and Communication skills
- Experience on AEM as a Cloud Service and/or Edge Delivery Services is a huge plus
