Responsibilities
Provide personalized attention through effective sales strategies to maintain and grow the customer base.
Maintain accurate records in bookkeeping systems, sales databases, and customer files to report progress toward sales quotas.
Listen to clients, assess their needs and financial situations, and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Stay informed about evolving insurance industry protocols to meet policy requirements and handle claims satisfactorily.
Develop risk management strategies tailored to each customer's risk profile.
Qualifications
Understanding of insurance products, risk management, and relevant regulations.
Must hold an active insurance license.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with accounting or sales software is a plus.
