Creative Director
We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our creative team. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring your team members, collaborating across various projects and campaigns to deliver innovative results.
Lead and inspire a high-performing creative team including art directors and external partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated campaign success.
Bring strategic ideation skills to shape impactful creative outputs.
Mentor and develop younger team members fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
Contribute to business development by leveraging networks and driving new opportunities.
Take ownership of the role influencing both creative direction and agency growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in agency experience and a portfolio of successful campaigns. You should possess strong leadership and team management skills, a business development mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
This role offers flexible working arrangements with hybrid options (in-office Tues-Thurs) and part-time work opportunities with 3-4 days per week. You will be working on exciting campaigns without the burnout culture of larger agencies, and there will be partnership opportunities available.
