Creative Project Leader

Job Opportunity:
We are looking for an accomplished Content Strategist to spearhead the development of a captivating new project. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for applying your expertise in content creation and narrative development to drive innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will support the game vision as set by the Creative Director, define best practices for content design and delivery, lead the narrative of the project, and oversee content creation through a lens of industry excellence.
You will craft engaging features that foster community interaction and socialization, plan and implement game content and events, inspire creativity across the team, and work with other leaders within Design to ensure designs meet AAA standards for moment-to-moment gameplay.
Key qualifications include 8+ years of experience shipping AAA projects as a Lead or Principal Designer, experience writing detailed design documentation for content and story, and experience using game production tools such as Unreal Engine, Frostbite, Unity, or proprietary software.
A deep understanding of American Football is also essential, along with outstanding collaboration skills and self-assessment of risk, time, and scope.
