If this sounds like you, scroll on.We're looking for a talented and tech-savvy Digital Content Creator to join our team at Love to Dream.
You'll be at the forefront of technology and AI, creating everything from motion graphics to AI-driven voiceovers.
You'll have a knack for digital storytelling and experience crafting snappy scroll-stopping hooks.You're a proactive and creative team player who enjoys pushing creative boundaries while also possessing a strong foundation in traditional design principles and execution.
You'll be willing to put your ideas forward and constructively challenge - whilst also being happy to collaborate with non-designers and taking direction based on performance insights and comms priorities.
You'll have a sharp eye and great attention to detail, a strong understanding of current design trends (especially in AI space) and a digital-first approach .
Excellent time-management skills and knowledge of native formats, media specifications, file formats, and web optimisation for online is essential.Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders on a variety of design projects, with a focus on performance media, EDM and eCommerce assets.Experience in the baby category is not essential – in fact out of category experience is highly regarded as we're more interested in your skills and passion for creating amazing content which appeals to the next generation of parents.About the Role:Reporting to the Head of Brand and Communications and surrounded by a team of highly skilled marketers, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact from day one and see the results of your efforts in real-time.
You'll receive new design briefs from across the business every day, with time to experiment, innovate, and push boundaries in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities will be key to your success.Role Requirements:Technical Capabilities:Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma.Experience in motion graphics and graphic design for digital environments including performance media, EDM and website.Knowledge of native formats for various social platforms, media specifications, file formats, and web optimization.Experience transforming user-generated content into scroll-stopping paid media ads.Passion for storytelling – particularly crafting catchy hooks for performance assets.Knowledge of native formats for various social platforms, media specifications, file formats, and web optimization.Success adapting AI-generated visuals and video (Runway etc.)Strong understanding of current design trends in digital and AI.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Personal Attributes:A proactive and curious team player who effectively collaborates with internal stakeholders.Entrepreneurial and curious about AI and technology advancements for improving efficiency, quality and cost reduction.Passionate about creating engaging content especially for a young audience (Gen Z)Enthusiastic and adaptable.Bonus points:Experience with 3D/360 imaging , digital renders, and / or animation.Retouching / deep etching skills which transform flat lay into photo-real compositions.Based in Sydney and can travel to Zetland 3 days per week.Let's talk about our Mission & Values:At Love to Dream, we believe today's little dreamers are the shapers of tomorrow.
