Chandler Personnel looking for Process Workers at Richmond, our client is a leader in dumplings, springrolls, asian goods.

Monday - Friday, sometimes weekends
$29.04 an hour
5am - 1pm ( Morning shift)
2:30pm-10:30pm ( Afternoon Shift )
Food Processing - basic warehouse duties

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery according to established guidelines and safety standards.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to maintain consistency and efficiency in the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to good manufacturing practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and resolve any operational challenges.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, product quality, and workplace safety.
