**We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across 15 Concrete Plants throughout Sydney.**

**This is a permanent full-time opportunity and will require travel throughout the Sydney area to various sites. A company vehicle will be provided to support this role.**

**In your new role you will**:

- Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on concrete plants and buildings across Sydney metro area.
- Perform plumbing, carpentry, painting and general repairs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with plant managers and batchers to provide high-quality service.

**This role is a great fit for you if you are**:

- Proven experience in a general maintenance/handyperson or in a similar role.
- Proficient in various maintenance and repair techniques.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable, with a professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
