**What this opportunity involves**:
We seek a Relief Building Manager to join our high-performing RESIpm Team.

A Relief Building Manager is an integral part of our business and is the perfect training ground to learn the ropes with training pathways for you to becoming a building manager.

As a relief Building Manager, you will work collaboratively with experienced building managers across various assets to cover their annual leave. Your exceptional planning and organisational skills will see assets, information, people, and communities continue to thrive.

**Essential duties and responsibilities include**:
Cover existing Building Managers whilst on annual leave.
Consultative partnering with committee members to ensure building activity is communicated.
Partaking in weekly or monthly building committee meetings, including compiling and presenting detailed reports and maintaining administrative recordkeeping.
Manage multiple buildings across various sites as required.
ensure common property assets are kept in exceptional presentation.

Experience in Hotel or Building Security, Building Concierge, Facilities Management, or Operations.
A Trade background, or an understanding of building construction trades and services. Maintenance / preventative maintenance and tender service contracts will be advantageous.
Leadership Acumen with an astute perception of client's needs, and the emotional maturity to effectively manage diverse personalities.
Strong administrative skills focused on professionally written communication, highly organised, resourceful, and close attention to detail.
Basic Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, and being adept in technology.
