**About the role**:
We have an exciting role available for a Creative Producer - The Agency to join our in house Creative Team. Reporting to the Group Head of Creative - The Agency, your responsibilities will manage the end-to-end shoot production process to enable the in-house creative team to deliver the best still photography and video, for all high-level campaigns and projects across the Accent Group business.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Oversee shoot production from start to finish, coordinating relevant team, activities, and operations
- Establish creative production process and continually learn and adjust to ensure process excellence; Craft process documentation as needed
- Work with stakeholders to understand key deliverables and timings and prepare and communicate production schedules, call sheets and detailed shoot timing plans to ensure alignment on project expectations
- Confirm available shoot budget and organise models, additional crew, locations, equipment and travel logistics as required ensuring transparency of cost, rigid negotiation and cost control
- Working closely with the Art Director and marketing teams, research, scout and secure locations for photo shoots, including permits as necessary
- Organise talent castings, book, and confirm external models when budget is available to do so. Work with marketing teams to understand usage requirements and negotiate applicable rates with the agencies
- Organise catering for photoshoots in line with company guidelines when applicable
- Lead pre-production meetings and attend photo shoots to manage on-set productions where necessary. This includes being the on-set point of contact for crew and talent, timekeeper to ensure the shoot day progresses on schedule, facilitate catering and coffee, etc.
- Track and manage shoot vendor quotes, purchase orders and invoices ensuring that the invoices are reconciled and directed to the relevant team for prompt payment
- Understand market rates and routinely negotiate the best rates possible with models, hair and makeup artists, various crew, locations, equipment, agents and agencies
- Working cross-functionally with internal brand teams and external agencies, vendors and suppliers to ensure effective working relationships and engagement
- Shoots can be out of normal hours and travel may be required
- This role does require a mix of manual work and lifting

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Minimum 2 years' professional experience producing photo shoots both in-studio and on-location, preferably in fashion or retail
- Knowledge of production processes such as model/talent sourcing and booking; location searches, council permits, location vehicles, working with children, catering etc.
- Previous experience managing team budgets and costs
- Must have valid C-Class driver's licence
- Good creative eye and an in-depth understanding of creative process from concept to execution
- Meticulous organisation and planning skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, listening and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, high pressure and creative environment with an expert understanding of how to manage competing deadlines
