Radio Frequency Systems Integrator Specialist

Our **Technical, Advisory, and Capability**(TAC) practice and **Team Downe**r serves as one of the Major Service Providers delivering consulting services and Integrated Work Packages across the Department of Defence, leveraging innovative approaches such as mission and digital engineering to enable the successful delivery of critical Defence programs. This includes engagement with key areas across Defence including Defence Digital Group (DDG), Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG), and the Navy, Army, and Air Force.

**Team Downer**is currently recruiting a **RF Systems System's Integrator Specialist (Radio Frequency)**in support of a land project in Sydney to:

- Provide advice, analysis and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders on RF planning, design and operation of the Mission Systems
- Contribute and adhere to radio design guidelines and standards with RF planning and design ensuring EME compliance
- Support the Mission Systems Engineers with maintaining engineering authority and system baseline, including engineering change proposals, as part of the authorised engineering processes.
- Prepare correspondence, supporting design documentation and reports including submissions and documents for higher consideration.
- System administration expertise
- IT network configuration and change management experience
- Completion of SOCOMD in-service radio suite courses

Highly desirable qualifications and experience:

- Knowledge of SOCOMD systems and networks for voice/data communications
- Experience supporting mission systems at the tactical edge
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting multitier voice/data networks
- Familiarity with IT network support tools and management processes
- SOCOMD radio technology expertise
- Administration of RoIP systems
- Programming experience related to in-service tactical radio technology
- Experience handling Accountable COMSEC Material (ACCM/HACE)
- Tactical RF integration experience
- Strategic RF infrastructure experience
