**About the Professional and Ethical Standards Directorate**:
The Professional and Ethical Standards directorate (PES) leads activities to support the effective resolution of complaints from employees about workplace issues (staff complaints) and complaints from parents, carers, students, and community members (community).

**About the position**:
The Leader, Employee performance School Liaison role entails leading and managing the Employee Performance Field Teams, overseeing performance reviews, budget management, Professional Learning program development, stakeholder engagement and policy development, among other responsibilities.
