**About Get Picked Up**

We are a privately owned rideshare company that operates in Australia and several overseas locations. We focus on corporate customers and have many tier one companies that use our services on a daily basis. We are a small and nimble team that utilise technology to enhance our daily effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**
- 10am-6pm Monday-Friday
- May require occasional flexibility to cover leave of other employees
- Ensure all bookings are allocated to a driver
- Driver related queries ranging from bookings, compliance and onboarding
- Reporting and analysing of business performance
- Be an active team member
- Be 100% committed to development of a career within the company
- Have an enthusiastic approach to self-management; possess a strong attention to detail; excellent communication skills and be proactive in all situations
- Strong technology skills incl. intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Our Offer**:

- Great hourly rate $24 plus superannuation Weekdays + Penalty Rates weekends

**Salary**: $24.04 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Crows Nest, NSW 2065: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
