Welcome to _Great Beginnings Beckenham_—a vibrant, purpose-built centre where every day is filled with fun, learning, and heart. Located in the heart of a buzzing community, we proudly support families across Beckenham, East Cannington, Cannington, Queens Park, Kenwick, and Langford.

Our modern centre is designed for little learners aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with room for up to 104 children and a full day of discovery from 6:30am to 6:30pm.

We're not just a childcare service—we're a place where young educators can launch their careers, be part of a passionate team, and help shape the early years of children's lives in meaningful ways.

**About You**:
You're passionate about early learning and ready to bring your energy, ideas, and heart into a team that values every moment of the early years. Here's what makes you a great fit:

- You've got a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
- You understand the magic of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and know how to deliver quality through the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- You've spent time working hands-on with children aged 0-5 and know what it means to create safe, nurturing, and inspiring spaces
- You're a confident communicator—whether you're chatting with parents, teammates, or tiny humans
- You have a valid Working with Children Check
- Your First Aid certificate is up to date (because safety always comes first)
- Available to work Full Time from Monday to Friday on a rotating roster
