**About the Role:**We're seeking reliable, enthusiastic educators who can jump in and support our team at Mt Lawley North as needed.
**Flexibility is key
** You'll work across different age groups and rooms depending on centre needs.
**Key Responsibilities:*** Engage and supervise children in a safe and supportive environment* Implement activities aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues* Maintain compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures* Work collaboratively with a passionate and committed team**About You:*** Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)* Valid Working with Children Check (Employee)* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis and Child Protection certificates* Availability to work Monday to Friday between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM* Flexibility to cover shifts on short notice* A positive, proactive and caring attitude* Flexible casual work to suit your lifestyle* Opportunity to build experience across different rooms and age groups* Supportive leadership and team environment* Employee benefits and career progression opportunities within the Busy Bees network* Work in a purpose-built, modern centre with great team cultureBusy Bees at O'Connor is conveniently located at **Monmouth Street, Mt Lawley North.
