If so, we want you to join our team Reporting to the Modbury Shop Manager, you'll provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.

In addition, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service to members and customers.
- Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA's extensive products including Insurance and Road Service.
- Resolve inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Utilise procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members.
- Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team.
- Plus much more.

**Hours**

Full-time training from May 26th - June 4th

After training you will be working approximately 20 hours per week, with shifts scheduled on both weekdays and weekends.

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

- A genuine passion for helping others.
- Proficient with the use of computers.
- A passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to build rapport with members and teammates.
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
