Randstad is excited to partner with a fast-growing Australian tech brand that is redefining the wireless charging space as it launches its first-ever physical store. This company has a strong presence in the e-commerce space and a loyal customer base, and it is expanding into a physical retail environment at Westfield Marion.
About The Role
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused retail staff to represent this innovative brand on a casual basis. You will be engaging with customers, demonstrating cutting-edge wireless charging accessories, and providing an excellent shopping experience. Confidence in explaining product features and the ability to meet sales goals will be key to your success.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers and demonstrate tech products. Bring the products to life
Process sales efficiently using a POS system (experience with Shopify POS is a plus).
Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Maintain the kiosk's appearance to ensure it is clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
Assist with inventory checks and management.
About You
You have previous retail sales experience, ideally within the tech, lifestyle, or accessory sectors. You're a confident and enthusiastic communicator who enjoys helping customers and explaining product features. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and a great team player. You must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, late nights, and during peak retail seasons.
Role Details
Location: Westfield Marion (Adelaide)
Start date: Immediate start through to the new year.
Pay rate: Casual hourly rate with penalty rates for weekends and public holidays. Future commission structures are planned.
Progression: There is an opportunity to be promoted to a Lead Role for the right candidate, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pop-up store.
