**Responsibilities**:

- Perform high-quality automotive interior trimming, including custom upholstery, seat restoration, carpet installation, headliners, and panel fabrication.
- Work on a range of vehicles, from everyday traffic cars to rare and exotic classics.
- Interpret design concepts and bring creative visions to life through expert craftsmanship.
- Collaborate closely with a small, passionate team on custom builds and one-off projects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in quality and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in automotive trimming or upholstery (custom or restoration).
- Strong knowledge of materials (leather, vinyl, Alcantara, etc.) and fabrication techniques.
- Ability to operate industrial sewing machines and trimming tools with precision.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.
- Creative mindset with the ability to problem-solve and adapt on unique builds.
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication and reliability.
