OverviewJoin to apply for the Superintendent Drill & Blast role at Rio Tinto.We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to provide leadership to large drill and blast teams across the Pilbara Mine Operations to ensure all aspects of a complex drilling & blasting operation are conducted safely and efficiently.Reporting to the Manager Mining, you will be responsible for leading a safety-focused culture, performance management, training and career development for your team, and driving collaboration with other departments to achieve wider business objectives.Your safety and wellbeing are priorities, with a modern work environment and quality tools to support your role.
