Let's talk.About the jobAs an Inclusive Employment Australia Activity Management Officer your responsibilities will include :Conduct health and safety risk assessments and maintain incident management reporting to support safe and meaningful engagement in activitiesSupport participants to overcome barriers and connect with activities across various Employment Service AreasCollaborate with community organisations to coordinate and develop activities, ensuring a smooth transition for the host, participants and staffSource and match participants with suitable activities including study, training, volunteering and short-term employmentAbout youExperience in Employment Services, with knowledge of disabilities and the disability support sectorConfident in applying tailored strategies to meet participant needsSkilled at managing high workloads, competing priorities and tight deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiateProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPointSelf-motivated, autonomous and capable of maintaining strong relationships both internally and externallyAttention to detail, high standards of professionalism and customer service excellenceMust hold a Driver's license as travel throughout the region will be requiredAre you ready to join a respected, values driven not-for-profit organisation, thrive in a challenging yet rewarding role, and work closely alongside people with a disability to help them build their future career?
