**About the role**

Are you an experienced Management Systems Auditor looking for an exciting new opportunity?

As an Auditor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and conformance of our management systems. This role is responsible for planning, conducting, reporting and follow-up of internal and external integrated management system audits against criteria based on five ISO certification standards and management systems across Fujitsu Oceania.

In this role you will be interacting with stakeholders within the Oceania region. We are looking for someone who can operate independently and have the ability to influence and partner with the business successfully. Reporting into the Manager for our Business Management Systems for Oceania, this role will need to be based in Sydney. We offer work your own way but ideally a hybrid model of working would be preferred.

**Furthermore, your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing advisory, training, and administrative services to maintain certified management systems.
- Assisting business units with external standards requirements and their interpretation.
- Registering, tracking, and assisting with the resolution of audit findings.
- Supporting maintenance of management system certifications.
- Maintaining BMS Intranet presence.
- Preparing reports for senior management on the certified management systems' performance

**To thrive in this role, you should possess the following**:

- You must be an experienced, trained, Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 with a minimum of 20 internal audit days experience.
- Working knowledge of other management system standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 14000, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 45001).
- Awareness of other assessment/audit schemes (e.g., SOC2).
- Experience in IT Service business areas is preferred (e.g., Project Management, Service Delivery Management, Risk Management, Engineering).
- Ability to manage issues and address concerns effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Experience in process development and maintenance, improvement action processes & management methodologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL Framework is advantageous.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Audit Management is an advantage.
