- What role you will play?As a hands on Delivery Lead you will be responsible for ensuring the resources and capabilities within the program are effectively aligned to deliver on the objectives within the delivery timeframes. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional technology and business teams, to drive delivery of risk outcomes that will have a material impact on the business.
- What you offer- 10 years experience with a focus on end-to-end technology delivery in a complex across-functional financial services environment
- Strong facilitation skills and capability to drive effective team ceremonies, including stand-ups, refinement sessions, showcases and retrospectives, with the ability to build relationships across multiple time zones
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with demonstrable experience influencing across technology and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate the project lifecycle, through planning and estimation and managing risks and issues
- Experience performing analysis, scoping and sequencing solutions, coordinating test efforts, and producing operational readiness artefacts.
