We are seeking a technically capable **Cost Controller** to support the delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

This role is central to ensuring robust cost management and reporting across all project phases.
- ** Project Cost Control**: Lead the development, maintenance, and analysis of cost control systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and budget tracking.
- ** Data-Driven Reporting**: Build and maintain dashboards and cost reports using tools such as Power BI, providing insights to project teams and clients.
- ** System Integration**: Work with project controls platforms (e.g. EcoSys, PRISM) to manage cost data, track variances, and support earned value analysis.
- ** Client-Facing Delivery**: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored cost control solutions.
- ** Governance & Assurance**: Support project assurance activities by validating cost data, identifying risks, and contributing to audit readiness.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with planning, risk, and commercial teams to ensure cost controls align with broader project objectives.

**Qualifications**
We're looking for a detail-oriented team player with a passion for delivering value through data-driven project controls.
- ** Experience**: 3-5 years in a project controls role, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- ** Technical Skills**: Familiarity with systems such as EcoSys, PRISM, or similar; Power BI experience is desirable.
- ** Sector Knowledge**: Exposure to infrastructure and digital controls projects is preferred.
- ** Communication**: Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to produce clear reports and client communications.
- ** Personal Attributes**: Inquisitive, friendly, and eager to learn; able to work both independently and collaboratively.
