John Holland is all about transforming lives by finding solutions to complex challenges across a wide range of industries including infrastructure, property, rail, building and water projects in Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.
- Key Accountabilities:

- Identify and manage environmental risks like a pro.
- Develop and implement innovative environmental management systems.
- Keep project staff in the loop on environmental matters.
- Conduct field monitoring to ensure compliance with standards.
- Keep meticulous records of environmental performance.
- Develop localized initiatives that make a difference in your community.
- Help identify opportunities to improve our environmental management processes.
- Stay up-to-date with all relevant legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Collaborate with government and industry organizations to drive progress.
- Report on environmental performance, compliance, and defects.
- Provide project induction and training to empower staff.
- Foster a positive environmental culture that inspires action.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in environmental engineering, Science, Sustainability or other associated disciplines
- Basic knowledge of compliance and reporting procedures and processes.
- Understanding of computer software systems such as MOS.
- Knowledge of environmental management techniques and tools.
