**About the role**
Seeking passionate and skilled Support Workers to join our team at our residential home in **Traralgon**. Make a real difference in the lives of those we support while working in a rewarding and dynamic environment.
- **Casual Position**: Monday to Sunday Roster
- **Dayshift**: 9am to 3pm, **Afternoon shifts**: 3pm to 10pm (includes sleepover)
- **Payrate** ranges from $42.27 - $46.12 depending on experience + SUPER + Salary Packaging
- Medication (Prompting) Assist clients in taking their prescribed medication at the appropriate times, ensuring they follow their medication regimen
- Domestic Support**: Provide help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for the Clients
- Manual Handling (Hoisting)
- Bowel Care: Assist individuals with personal hygiene and bowel care, ensuring their comfort and dignity are maintained during the process
- Personal Care**: includes bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Non-Verbal Supports**: Offer assistance and care to individuals who are non-verbal

**About you**
- Proven experience in Similar role
- Cert III in Disability Services or equivalent
- Hold WWCC, NDIS Screening Check, First AID and CPR
- Unlimited working rights
- Fully Covid vaccinated + Booster
