Keller currently seeks an accounts payable officer to join our team based at our head office in Macquarie Park, Sydney.

**The role**:
The Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for reviewing, processing, verifying and reconciling payments for the business. This role would also be responsible for addressing and resolving financial queries from clients, suppliers, and the wider Keller team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices
- Set up and maintain vendor accounts
- Answering accounts enquiries and providing advice and direct support to the team
- Processing cash receipts and weekly EFT payment runs
- Other accounts related duties as requested by the finance manager

**What would make you a good fit for the team?**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Understanding of basic accounting principles including experience with reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail with good time management skills
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Good communication skills with an ability to liaise with all stakeholders
