**Who are we looking for?
As an **Advanced Analytics Team Lead **you will provide leadership to the Advanced Analytics and AI Team (A3I), so that it meets, or exceeds, GHD Digital's overall objectives in terms of financial performance, strategic development, risk management and having regard to GHD's core values and Digital Mindset.

**You will:
- Leadership of the A3I team, particularly in relation to your state locations.
- Actively engage with clients and the market to identify insights and opportunities to shape A3I and business development.
- Inform, develop and be proactive in industry leading A3I solutions based upon insights and client requirements.
- Working proactively with A3I Regional Lead, Digital Intelligence Practice Director, Market Development Leads (MDLs) to align talent management within the A3I Team to GHD Digital's business goals.
- Actively drive growth of A3I capabilities and revenue channels.
- Contribute to development of the Digital Intelligence Business Plan and drive for achievement and surpassing agreed targets within it.
- Aim to fulfil the objectives of our Digital Strategic Intent.
- Promote active engagement towards the GHD Service Line (SL) communities sharing and collaborating on action plan items including technical excellence, quality assurance and industry engagement.

**About you:
- Understanding of local business markets, particularly experience in transport, road safety, infrastructure, construction or energy
- Recognized as a thought leader in data science, machine learning and/or AI, with an established public profile through industry events.
- Deep expertise in a least one cloud environment - Azure, AWS or GCP, and at least some exposure to Azure.
- Experience in building both custom algorithms, and utilizing cloud machine learning & AI pipelines. Knowledge of Microsoft ML Studio well regarded.
- Meet, or exceed, agreed financial performance targets. Contributes towards the achievement of Revenue, Utilization & productivity targets.
- Assist with managing overhead/operational costs in accordance with KPIs
- Proactively identify and manage risks on behalf of GHD and GHD Digital.
- Ensure compliance with relevant environmental and OHS&R legislation and regulations
- Strong team development skills. Both a team leader and player.
- Highly developed communication skills, both oral and written, open communication, with good stakeholder relationship and networking skills.
