As an Apprentice Vehicle Technician you will be part of a team that is delivering an impeccable service experience to each and every Tesla customer. This is a hands-on technical role where you'll have an opportunity to learn from experienced Tesla Technicians and work with vehicles that are revolutionizing the automotive industry. **What You'll Do**
- Work as a team to deliver results and achieve daily goals
- Provide critical support to the Service Team
- Complete Tesla Specific training and a Certificate lll in Automotive Electric Vehicle Technology
- Develop knowledge of all Tesla products, service systems, process and procedures
- Perform basic service work and inspections of new and inventory cars under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and Service Centre Workshop

**What You'll Bring**
- Educational experience: Year 12 completion
- Eligibility to attend foundation training through a Registered Training Organisation
- Valid driver's license
- Fluent English
- Technical acumen - interest in electronics and technology
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to learn on the job, work quickly, efficiently and follow instructions
- Ability to handle shifting priorities and meet deadlines
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a team-player attitude
- Love to change the status quo and work in high-pressure situations.
- Be proactive and take initiative, planning ahead to best support your team
- Be self-aware, flexible and open-minded
- Possess a combination of analytical thinking, hands-on problem solving, and customer-service mindset
- Must have a passion for our mission, our people, and our customers. Your success depends on theirs
