**Host Role at Redcape Hospitality**

We are seeking a dedicated and caring hospitality professional to join our team as a host/attendant. The successful candidate will assist the gaming leadership team in successfully operating the hotel's gaming related operations in a hands-on, front of house role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and progress in their career within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the gaming leadership team with day-to-day operational requirements
  • Working alongside a cohesive team to offer an outstanding customer experience
  • Ensuring venue standards are met in regard to cleanliness and presentation
  • Fulfilling rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays
  • Possessing a current/valid RSA & RSG (or a willingness to obtain)

Requirements:

  • Casual position available
  • Pay rate: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour
  • Licence/Certification: RSA/RSG (preferred)
  • Work Location: In person
