**Your new company**

Hays is seeking a hard-working concrete finisher or plant operator who is hoping to combine their passion for maintenance and labouring with a desire to give something back to the community.

**Your new role**

You will be required to carry out tasks associated with maintenance of concrete works. Other tasks include placing, grinding, finishing protecting when required and making sure that the procedures for roadside safety are followed, and all machinery are safe to use. Taking on general labouring duties when required and also be passionate about their work.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant previous experience such as in concrete finishing or plant operations
- White Card
- MR Driver's License
- First Aid
- National Police Clearance (willing to obtain)
- Relevant Certificates (operation of forklift, skid steer, traffic management) - desirable
