Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned content designer to lead the narrative of an exciting new title. As a key member of our team, you will support the game vision as set by the Creative Director and bring your expertise to the forefront.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive content design guidelines and best practices
Establish detailed goals for yourself and the team, driving creative direction
Craft engaging social features that foster group play and socialization
Plan and implement game content and events, ensuring a seamless player experience
Inspire creativity across the design team and encourage collaboration
Work with other leadership within Design to ensure designs meet AAA standards
Provide and receive constructive critique in a timely manner
Requirements
8+ years experience shipping AAA projects as a Lead or Principal Designer, delivering rich narrative experiences in action-oriented gameplay
Expertise in writing detailed design documentation for content and story
Familiarity with game production content tools such as Unreal Engine, Frostbite, Unity, or proprietary software
Able to self-assess risk, time, and scope
Excellent collaboration skills, driving towards optimal outcomes
Deep understanding of American Football, both the game and its fandom
