Job description:
Care to CareTM provides in-home assistance to Aged and Disabled clients, enabling them to live their lives independently in their own homes.
Our services include Personal Care, Nursing Care, Domestic Assistance, Transportation, Companionship, In-Home Respite and Light Gardening.
We are looking for passionate Aged and/or Disability Support Workers to join our team to look after our clients in ourBrisbane & Bayside service areas.

Your Main Responsibilities:
Visit clients in their homes located inBrisbane & Bayside suburbs
Assist with Personal Care and Medication
Provide Domestic Assistance and Meal preparation
Provide companionship and support clients with social activities
Assist clients with transportation to appointments, etc.

Key Requirements:
Minimum Certificate IIIin Individual Support or equivalent
Well presented, reliable and punctual
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Current driver's license (role will involve driving)
Comprehensive car insurance
Desirable or willing to obtain:
Current National Police Check, First Aid & CPR certificates
Blue and Yellow card/NDIS Workers screening check
Assist clients with medication unit (HLTHPS006)
COVID-19 Vaccination & Current Flu shot
Experience in the industry is highly regarded
