Leader of Disability Support Services

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of support workers in providing high-quality care to individuals with disabilities.

This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving set goals.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with leadership responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate and implement improvements

The successful candidate will also have a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and familiarity with relevant award guidelines.
