**About the Role**:
We are seeking a compassionate and spiritually mature Chaplain to join our Chaplaincy & Spiritual Care team in **Brookton**and** York**. This role provides person-centred spiritual and pastoral care to residents, families, staff, and volunteers—regardless of cultural background, faith tradition, or beliefs.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications in chaplaincy /pastoral care
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of Christian spiritual maturity with a pastoral heart
- Active involvement in and recommendation from a local Christian Church
- Chaplaincy or pastoral care experience
- Current 'Working with Children Check'
- Experience working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary settings
- Willingness to undergo a police check, NDIS check and other relevant checks as required for the role

**Desirable Experience**:

- Understanding of the spiritual and pastoral needs of those living with dementia, loss, grief and bereavement, long term illness, relationship disharmony, mental health, disability, loneliness, or receiving palliative care
- Visiting clients in homes and hospitals as appropriate
