**The Role**: As our Therapy Administration Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our therapists can focus on what they do best - helping our clients thrive. From coordinating schedules and managing appointments to overseeing invoicing and generating reports, you'll be at the heart of our operations, making a real difference every day.

**What We're Looking For**:
A passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside a diverse team of professionals.
Previous experience in diary management or scheduling, with healthcare experience being a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Empathy and confidentiality are a must, along with the ability to make informed risk assessments and escalate issues as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related programs is essential.
Valid Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS worker screening check, and First Aid Training.
